1.The second stage of the wastewater treatment facilities has been designed. Installation of new units is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
2.Reconstruction of Substation No. 229 (110 kV / 63 MW) continues within the framework of the investment program approved by the Committee on Tariffs and Pricing Policy. The replacement of reactors and high-voltage circuit breakers is currently underway. The equipment is being upgraded to improve the reliability of power supply for both existing consumers and future ones, including Kirishi Foundry Plant LLC.
3.Negotiations with Rosenergoatom JSC and Inorganic Sorbents JSC are ongoing regarding the potential placement of sorbent production facilities within the Levoberezhny Industrial Park.
4.KSC LLC has completed the design and formalization of the technological connection of Kirishi Foundry Plant LLC to the park’s infrastructure. Individual tariffs for technological connection to water supply, wastewater disposal, and power networks have been obtained. These tariffs were approved by the Leningrad Region Committee on Tariffs and Pricing Policy. As a result, a major two-year effort to prepare for the construction of a large investment facility has been successfully completed. The foundry plant project, in terms of infrastructure, is fully ready to commence.
