On November 11-13, in Moscow, with the participation of Vladimir Putin, the President of Russian Federation, the Forum “Strong Ideas for the New Time” was held, organized by the Strategic Initiatives Agency.
As one of the methods to stimulate investment activity, it was proposed to make an exception for industrial parks and their residents and to provide a special model of connection to electric and gas networks on a free basis for them.
According to supporters of the concept, it may fundamentally improve the business climate in the country.
