The meeting of participants of KSK LLC, the management company of the Levoberezhny Park, decided to increase the base price of 1 square meter of land to 1,200 rubles.
The decision to increase the value of land came into force on January 1, 2024.
The formation of land plots is carried out by allocating the required area from a single cadastre. The minimum plot size is 0.5 hectares. The maximum size is limited by the remaining free area.
The free area of the park is 90 hectares.
