The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has undergone personnel changes and Vitaliy Khotsenko has been appointed Director of the Relevant Regional Industrial PolicyDepartment. The new director is well-informed of industrial parks since he used to represent Stavropol industrial parks as a regional minister of industry for many years.
