At the end of last year, a land purchase and sale transaction for the implementation of an investment project for a foundry and mechanical plant took place in the Levoberezhny industrial park.
The main products of the plant are brake discs and brake drums for passenger cars and trucks in the amount of 3,270,000 pieces. per year, as well as high-precision casting for various areas of the national economy. The enterprise will provide up to 15% of the Russian market with brake discs and drums. At the moment, a business plan has been prepared, architectural and technological design is underway, covenants for bank financing and a bank guarantee have been agreed with Sberbank PJSC, the project has been submitted to the Federal Investment Fund under the Automotive Components program. The total investment in the project is more than 10 billion rubles. The launch of production is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.
