It is planned to organize a cluster of subcomponent manufacturers for the automotive industry in the “Levoberezhny” park on the territory of 35 hectares. The project is being implemented with the support of the Autoprom North-West Union and Agency for the Economic Development of the Leningrad Region.
The working title of the project is the Industrial Suppliers Park “Component”.
Foundry-mechanical production should appear in the cluster, which will be able to integrate into global chains of suppliers of components for automobile factories and other sectors of the economy. It is planning to implement the project until 2022. Estimated amount of investments is 14 billion rubles. The implementation of the project will create about one thousand of new working places, including more than 800 high-tech ones.
